Terms of service.

Last updated: 16 October 2026. Pacing House is the solo-led video post-production studio of Bishal Nneupane in Pokhara, Nepal.

This page summarises how I work. The quote or agreement for your project takes precedence.

Quotes and scope

Each project is scoped in a quote that sets out what will be delivered, how much source footage is included, the number of revision rounds and the price. The final retainer rate depends on footage volume, motion complexity and turnaround.

Work outside the quoted scope, such as custom animation, multilingual transcription, filming, thumbnails or social posting, is quoted separately.

The paid test cut

The test cut costs $95. It covers one video up to 5 finished minutes, or two shorts up to 60 seconds each, from up to 45 minutes of source footage, with one revision round.

Retainers

Retainers are monthly. The Weekly Creator Retainer starts from $1,100 a month and the Shorts/Reels Sprint from $600 a month; what each month includes is set out in your quote or retainer agreement. Unused monthly capacity does not roll over to the next month.

Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds: one for the test cut, two for the Weekly Creator Retainer, and one consolidated round per batch for the Shorts/Reels Sprint. Feedback is given as timecoded comments in Frame.io.

A revision is a change to the agreed deliverable within the original brief. New footage, a different brief, extra versions or added deliverables count as new scope and are quoted separately.

Turnaround

Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. They start once complete files have arrived. For the test cut, the first cut is targeted within 3–5 business days after that point.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the rights to the footage, music, logos and other assets you supply, and that they can be used in the work you have asked for. Files are shared through Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io.

Where licensed-stock b-roll is included, it is used within the terms of its licence.

Deliverables and project files

You receive the finished files set out in the quote. An organised DaVinci Resolve project is included where the agreed scope and third-party asset licences allow it to be transferred.

Confidentiality and NDAs

Footage, review links and project access are used only to deliver the agreed work. If you need an NDA, it can be reviewed before any footage is shared. Confidentiality requirements are confirmed in the quote or agreement.

Invoicing and payment

Work is invoiced. The payment method and currency are confirmed in the quote.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the quote or retainer agreement for your project.
